Waynetown, June 6 - George Suydam, a resident here for more than 20 years, died at the City Hospital at Indianapolis Wednesday morning at 4 o'clock as the result of injuries received early Sunday morning when struck by a "hit and run" driver. Mr. Suydam moved to Indianapolis from this place about 10 years ago. The fatal accident occurred of North Capitol Avenue near the place of his employment. The body was brought to Waynetown Thursday afternoon to await funeral services at the Christian Church Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery here.
